A list of common winning hands begins with jacks or better, moving on to 2 pairs, 3 of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, four of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. It should be known that the pay out schedule can change from machine to machine, so that skillful gamblers are able to pick the most money-making machine each and every time.
After the first round has finished, the player can either decide to remain on in an attempt to increase their winnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any credits that might been won. Further, a few styles of the game give the gambler a chance to increase their profits, in which situation a further round is played. There are also differences between individual machines, with some decks of cards having wild cards and other varying characteristics to enhance playability.
